How long does a website take?
Most brochure sites are ready within 7 days once we have your text, images, and brief. More complex sites (bookings or eCommerce) can take 10–14 days, or more depending on the complexity of the project.
What do you need from me to start?
Your logo (if you have one), brand colours (optional), business details (address, hours, services), and any photos you want to use. We’ll send a simple form to collect this.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You retain full ownership. We build your site and hand it over with admin access. You can edit content yourself or use our maintenance plan for updates.
Who pays for hosting and the domain?
You pay your own domain and hosting directly to the provider you choose (e.g., your registrar or hosting company). We’ll connect and configure everything for you.
Can you update the site for me?
Yes - our optional maintenance plan is £49/month for small edits, backups, and checks. Or hire us ad‑hoc if you prefer.
Do you help with Google and SEO?
We include on‑page SEO basics (titles, meta descriptions, headings, alt text) and connect Google Analytics/Search Console. We can add local SEO as an add‑on.
What if I don’t have photos?
No problem - we can use tasteful stock photos or take simple on‑site photos as an add‑on.
How do payments work?
Fixed price. 50% deposit to book the build, 50% on approval before launch. Card or bank transfer.
Can you build an online shop?
Yes. We set up products, collections, payments, and basic shipping rules. For larger shops, we recommend a phased rollout.
Do you work anywhere in the UK?
Yes - most projects are remote. We can jump on Zoom or WhatsApp video. In‑person visits can also be arranged.
